Service Terms:

Washing Pro (“Company”) provides services to customers (“Customer”) subject to the following Terms & Conditions. By availing of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms below. Please read them carefully. Items submitted for cleaning/repair will be referred to as “articles”.

  1. Order Value

    • Free pickup & delivery is only available for orders with a minimum value of ₹300.

  2. Inspection at Delivery

    • Customers must inspect articles at the time of delivery. We will not be liable for any damage found after delivery.

  3. Service Quality Concern

    • If you are not satisfied with the service quality, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. We will try to resolve it promptly.

  4. Stain Removal

    • We make every effort to remove stains. However, we cannot guarantee 100% removal of all stains, especially those that are old, chemical-based, or stubborn.

  5. Color, Shrinkage & Embellishments

    • We are not responsible for color bleeding, shrinkage, or damage to embellishments, embroidery, or delicate fabrics during processing.

  6. Personal Belongings

    • We are not liable for loss of money, jewelry, or any personal items left in garments or accessories.

  7. Risk & Liability

    • We follow a strict No Claim Policy. Articles are accepted at the customer's risk. We are not responsible for damage caused during regular cleaning processes for items that are not suitable for such treatment.

  8. Pickup & Delivery Timeline

    • While we aim to provide timely service, delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure) may occur. No compensation or refund shall be applicable in such cases.

  9. Uncollected Garments

    • Garments not collected within 15 days of pickup may not be maintained in storage, and we are not liable for their condition after this period.

  10. Loss or Damage Due to External Events

    • We are not responsible for loss or damage due to fire, theft, burglary, or other external events.

  11. Compensation Policy

    • In the rare case of irreparable damage or loss, we may offer compensation up to 7–10 times the service value, based on company discretion.

  12. Pricing

    • Prices listed are indicative. Final pricing may vary depending on garment complexity, material, and special treatment requirements.

  13. Dispute Resolution

    • All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India.

Restoration Services (Leather & Accessories)
  1. Material Limitations: Not liable for damage due to age, wear, or inherent flaws.

  2. Leather Care: Some stains/imperfections may persist; full charges apply.

  3. Non-Refundable: Services are irreversible once begun.

  4. Post-Cleaning Variations: Natural marks (veins/scars) may become more visible.

  5. Transit Liability: Not responsible for damage during pickup/delivery.

  6. Compensation Cap: 1–5× service charge for lost/irreparable items.

  7. Right to Refuse: May reject items deemed unsafe or unfit.
